Hi
I am looking at buying a caravan and so need to determine the kerbweight. Looking in the manual I find unladen weight, gross vehicle weight, gross train weight, and gross trailer weight
I assume train weight is the max combined fully loaded car and caravan weight, but am not sure which relates to kerbweight. How does the gross trailer weight fit into this?
Can you help?
Thanks
Andy

Hi
Have you tried the Citroen Picasso forum at all?

I think you want the unladen weight - weight of vehicle with no luggage or passengers on board. Isn't the permitted maximum caravan weight related to this?

It is the kerbweight which is the critical one when towing

Will do, thanks

Kerbweights are given on this site
www.clicreports.co.uk/
Picasso varies from 1240kg (1.6) to 1300kg (2.0HDi)
If you can't work it out yourself the 85% "rule" is also given!!
