Is a Nissan Tino Japanese ?
And would I be happy with one ?
Instead of a Focus estate ?
Or a Picasso ?
(All diesels of course )

Nissan, formally Datsun, is a Japanese manufacturer that is now a subsidiary of Renault. Nissan build some cars in Britain at their Sunderland factory, as well as in other countries. Sharing of components and platform design between Renault and Nissan has begun.

I think the Tino is Japanese. Don't think its built in the UK. Its likely to be very reliable although only the latest 2.2 diesel I think is much good. Car magazines think its not so good to drive.
The Focus has a great diesel engine and drives very well. The Focus C-Max is an even better drive.
See the previous thread about Focus -v- Picasso

Espada III - well if you have a family and need a Lamborghini, what else do you drive?

AFAIK Tino is built in Spain. Highly reliable, not too bad to drive.
