Ka rear brake

Ka rear brake - tickover
My 98 Ford Ka has some sort of clip over the rear hub nut. Is there a special tool to get it off? It is shaped to cover the whole nut and I suspect it is some sort of lock nut, TIA.

To access the rear brakes you release the four nuts on the inner face of the backplate and pull off the drum c/w hub.If you release the rear hub nut you'll find it is a single use only design and should only be disturbed if an new hub bearing is needed.HTH
