I received a letter and a phone call from a toyota dealer demanding me to take the car for them to check the car along with the annual service.

I told them that the car is not due to service until August. However, the dealer uses very demanding and authority words to get me to book the car in for them service and perform safety checks.

Do I need to obey their order?

I don't mind booking in for the dealer to do the service and safety recall check, but I am not convenient to do do until end of July.
