Why?
Remember that not all owners are mechanically-minded enough to know what work has, or hasn't, been done - since there's no invoice for warranty work there's no need for them to remember - particularly over a long warranty like Hyundai's.
My Hyundai has had various parts replaced under recall and the warranty, in most cases where it's a common issue the later part is improved so better than original car. The engine has been rebuilt under warranty after head gasket failure but it's been done thoroughly and runs better now than when new.
I'd be more concerned about cars that hadn't had the recall work done.
