Word of mouth. Get a reputation for offering a high quality service and you won't need to advertise. My dad never paid for an advert in 25 years of teaching.

Best pupils to have are 17/18 year olds as they have lots of friends wanting to learn to drive. Do the job right and you will have a waiting list. Don't believe its a job you can do as and when you want to. 60-70 hours a week was typical for my dad when he was really busy.

Wow your Dad must have been a great instructor to commit so many hours and have students waiting to learn with him! Do you think a search engine like google could have a dedicated search function for instructors and the services they offer as opposed to there generic search?
