Ford Mondeo 2.0L 16v duratech HE - mondeo missfire - dunks101

hi , i have a 2003 mondeo 2L dura HE , i have a missfire after warm up , just done compretion test and pot 3 is down to 60p other pots at 120p, slight water loss , am i right to be heading towards head gasket ?

It's highly likely the head gasket has failed around cylinder 3 ... what does the coolant look like in the header tank? Is it oily, and with a smell of exhaust fumes?

there is no oil in the header tank but the coolant has changed from red to a muddy look so something is getting into it , i have not had the snif test done , but will look to have it checked before i split the engine .
