Try Timpsons, one in most towns, even in some supermarkets. They advertise car remotes, nothing to loose.

All Timpsons cut keys;a few can programme them.

The Timpsons in our local Tesco's clearly advertise remotes. When I asked them about an all singing key for the wifes Kia Ceed they said they did them for £60 (about 1/2 Kias price) but I would presume that they do not have the technology to do them there and then in the store.

At the end of the day I did not need to buy one, despite loads of people on the various Kia forums saying that keys were not cevered by the Kia 7 year warranty when I enquired at the dealer they were provided it was not obvious missuse. But the dealer did not need to replace the key, after doing something on his laptop all has been fine since June.
