Just changed address on the driving licence and vehicle registration number,

Advice to all, get proof of posting or better still send recorded deivery.

all new documents only in English, but why should dvla assume that everyone who lives in wales really "wants" the documents in welsh as well, doesn't all this extra paperwork cost a fortune, surely it could be voluntary, ie tick box at renewal/change of address?

I am a non welsh speaking welshman by the way, but french came easier to me because of "continental" grandparents.
