Hi - a few days late, but here it is:
Any auto locksmith worth their salt will be able to assist. Pretty much any vehicle that was manufactured before June 2010 can be be handled by a decent auto locksmith. Only go to dealers for vehicles after that time.
Try to avoid getting a clone just to save money. In the long-run it may end up costing you more. The KA requires a minimum of two keys to be programmed in. A clone will simply be a copy of the existing working key, and whilst it will start the engine, it is NOT programmable. If the original key were to be lost, then it would be a case of having to replace TWO new keys.
If your sister has lost a key, the sensible thing would be to 'delete' the lost key data from the PATS (passive anti-theft system), so that someone who finds the key cannot use it. (There are insurance implications about not being in possession of all the keys for the vehicle). Again, a decent auto-locksmith can come the vehicle to do that.
Hope it helps
Paul
