Dacia Reviews

New Cars
Good: Great value for money. Spacious and practical cabin. Available with all-wheel drive for less than £12,000.
Bad: Feels dated. Isn't great to drive. Petrol-engine loud at motorway speeds. Rust in the seams is a problem especially on white ones.
Good: Practical and rugged. Available with two-wheel or four-wheel drive. Entry-level models cost less than £10,000.
Bad: Disappointing handling and refinement. Rear windows are vulnerable to damage. Full-size bulkhead costs extra. Pick-ups offer better payload capacity.
Good: Britain's cheapest estate car from £6995. Diesel from £9395 but 99g/km so free VED.
Bad: Not a more useful seven-seater like the previous 2006 Logan MCV.
Good: Excellent value for money especially compared to Clio with the same engines. 1.5 dCi and 0.9 TCe available. Diesel from £8395 but 99g/km so free VED.
Bad: £5995 base mode is pretty basic.
Good: Chunkier Sandero with raised suspension. Offers good value for money.
Bad: No air conditioning on Ambiance model. Not a real 4x4. Diesel 105g/km CO2 so not VED free.
