Car to avoid travel sickness?

I currently own a BMW 320d M Sport Estate and find that my youngest daughter is travel sick. Is there a better car to limit this? I'd want something premium not a MPV and something cost 20-30k less than 2 years old. I do about 10k a year, mostly long trips. What do you recommend?

If she is travelling in a child seat fixed directly behind a front seat and head restraint then the most likely cause of car sickness is not being able to see where she is going. Buy the necessary straps and fixing to locate the child seat in the centre of the rear seat so she can see forwards between the two front seats. The M-Sport tyres which will be at least 18-inch with low profiles won't help either.
