Buying a Golf Bluemotion - what the problems that come with high mileage?

Do you think that a '10 VW Golf Bluemotion with over 60,000 will have any issues related to its high mileage? Also when would you recommend changing the cambelt?

Immediately needs a timing belt, tensioner, all small pulleys and waterpump at a cost of £500 - £600, so budget for that in the price paid.
