All white on the night

My wife found last year’s snow particularly challenging for her much-loved Honda Jazz CVT. She would appreciate your advice regarding a small automatic 4x4.

There are only the Suzuki Jimny which is horrible to drive and the Daihatsu Terios, which is no longer imported because of the adverse Sterling exchange rate. Her best bet is probably a Suzuki SX4 1.6 automatic 2WD fitted with a separate set of winter tyres on a separate set of wheels from November to March. Winter tyres are generally more effective in snow than four-wheel drive.
