Chevrolet Matiz to Spark?

I have an 07-plate Chevrolet Matiz with 33.000 miles on clock.

It has couple of interior scratches, driver's door. Needs nudge to open and bonnet unlocker has become temperamental, otherwise OK.

I have £4500.00 in savings to spend on a car. Would you recommend part exchanging my Matiz for a Spark sooner rather than later at garage that has sold cars to my family for many years? Obviously my aim is to make my money go as far as possible.
