Are country identifying number plates still legal?

I'm a proud Scott and want to know if 'Ecosse' country identifying plates are still legal, or do we have to use the UK plate?

Yes you can still have a number plate with Scottish identifiers, provided it meets the DVLA's guidelines here: www.gov.uk/displaying-number-plates/flags-symbols-...s
