Is the BMW X3 petrol hybrid a good car?

I am thinking of changing my diesel BMW X3 for a petrol hybrid, as I no longer cover very many miles since retiring. I would value your opinion on the BMW petrol hybrid X3. Or any alternatives?

I can't decide between the Toyota RAV4 petrol hybrid or the Mazda CX-5 diesel. Both appear to be great cars. Can you please give your opinion on which one should I go for?

What SUV models are rear-wheel drive?

I am an old school driver and want a car with the engine, gearbox, prop shaft and differential driving the rear wheels Are there any SUVs that match that configuration?

Mazda CX-5 (2017 on)

Classy and versatile interior. Generous equipment levels. Top-spec GT Sport feels particularly plush. Handling strikes a good balance between sportiness and comfort.

BMW X3 (2018 on)

Class-leading interior with a real quality feel, plenty of space in the cabin and boot, decent handling is complemented by a good range of engines.

BMW 3 Series (2019 on)

Great to drive with a wide range of refined engines. Looks and feels very classy. New infotainment from late in 2022 means it's now entirely up-to-date.
