recieved f.p.n. for no mot ,4 days out of date , but police wrote wrong d.o.b. . do i legally have to pay

It's meant to be a penalty for non-compliance with MoT regulations - it's not like you didn't commit the offence.

Yes ,dob not relevant to the offense ,it's not worth the hassle of not paying a fpn

You reject the fpn because of the clerical error (which has no credence) and they will process the matter to a Court where in addition to your lost time etc they will fine and add on CPS Prosecution fee (£35 -£50) plus another £15 Victims Support supplement.

How much to settle the fpn?
