Please can someone help me, i have a c3 that has been stalling recently while driving"but restarts instantly, since a service the fault has become a lot worse vehicle now drives ok for about a mile the "goes into limp mode" has no power at all.......and engine light comes on dash,, i have had it scanned ,with the result of p0401 EGR short to ground,...

while scanning the egr was tested with the scanner ,and could be heard opening and closing. i have inspected the thin tube that enters the egr,and Air does pass through,.

should i remove the EGR and clean with cleaner? i have notice that there are 2 loose connectors behind and under the EGR one is green and the other is blue, both have been tested with a volt-meter and ARE live... please what next ........thank you
