A friend has just bought the above car and while driving it home the light on the dash came on to show a door was open. She stopped and it was the boot. She closed it firmly and it latched fine but later did the same again. I asked her if when she heard it come open it was the same noise as when she unlocked the car with the fob and she said yes. It seems something is triggering the tailgate release (there is a release button for it on the dash) Is this a common fault on these cars? Thanks Stuart
