I have no direct knowledge of the company but adding "Trade Cars" to the name used to be a claimed method of avoiding consumer legislation under the Sale of Goods Act which does not afford protection "in the trade".
As long as you make it clear from the outset in writing (an email will do nicely) that you are a private buyer and not in the motor trade then whatever the firm is called you will be afforded the very valuable additional protection of the Sale of Goods Act..
Refuse to accept any documentation that asserts this is a trade sale, but you should also not expect to pay a "trade" price or assert you are buying the car to sell on or you could be deemed to be a "motor trader".
