Renault Laguna 2001/2 - How to change odometer display back to miles? - 420 Turbo Diesel

Hi,my neighbour has got a 2001/2 Renault laguna.It has the trip computer etc and the central display in between the clocks.

Some how he has managed to change the odometer into KM's instead of Miles,does someone know how to change it back.

I have been through his owners manual but I cannot see it in there.
