Hi very new to this
My 99 mondeo 1.8td stalled the other day and now won't restart. There is diesel all the way to the injector pump but not in the injectors. Some one mentioned the stop solenoid. Can anyone help me in locating this because I have a donar car and can take the part off of this to try it if i could only find it lol

If its the same pump as the Escort, its mounted at an angle to the rear of the pump between the top injector pipe connections, you simply unscrew it. You may be able to take it out and remove the plunger and refit it as a test, but you will have to stall the engine to stop it.
