i looked around the motorfactors anti freeze. and none stated that they were suitable for toyotas, , ive a 1.4 diesel o2. do i have to use main dealer ?

No you don't have to go to the main dealer, get some red OAT stuff.

I suspect you would be surprised how reasonable Toyota service prices are.#
Toyota Super Long Life Coolant (pink) lasts 10years iirc..
#Soemtimes they have special offers. I found buying filters from them was cheaper than ebay and of course it's OE quality.

I would stick with the OE antifreeze on Toyotas. So take a trip to you dealer.
