we are getting reports of late (99 ish) corsa ecu's failing in their droves. its the small ecu that looks like a calculator in dimensions .ie very thin. does anybody know about this??

are we talking about the ecu fitted to the 1.0 12v engine.
yes there are reports of these losing there ability to interprit the coolant temp sender values correctly thus car car runs permantly rich

actually the part number 0 261 204 475 fits a 1.2 corsa. may be same generic type fits 1.0 also

Cats seem to be failing as well on these 1.0 Corsas. Could this be a linked failure? Quite possibly.
