I have never had the need for a towbar (until recently I had a large van) but have finally become embarrassed asking favours from friends! I am moving large amounts of garden rubbish every weekend, horse manure and builders rubble, and am thinking of a 6' x 3' trailer. Once fitted, is it economically feasible to remove the towbar, as in 12 months I shall be changing my car?
And any recommendations please as to which type of trailer to buy.Thanks.

Just took my tow bar and electrics off my recently acquired 626. This was the detachable type, two bolts and off. I'm surprised you need a trailer with a boot the size of that!

An adjustable height towbar (rather than a fixed height) more easily accomodates different trailers.
