03 2.0 Steering - knocking in steering wheel - Giggles
I've recently got a Mazda 6 2.0D 2003 and I'm finding a weird knocking feeling in the steering wheel when moving at low speeds when turning to the right.
Seems to happen more after braking and during braking (turning right).
I've had all arms checked but no difference has been made.
I remember seeing a service bulletin once about getting grease replaced in the column as the original stuff ran out of it. Has anyone had this done and is it costly?
Or could the problem be something like a sticky caliper?
Thanks.

hi the builtin you refer to is for a dry stearing sliding joint this repair takes around 20-30 mins so 0.5 hours labour and £3-4 pounds for the grease
this should fix you fault
