Honda Accord UK (1998 - 2003) - 01 2.0 VTEC rough idle

01 2.0 VTEC rough idle - DaveGila
Hi,
My 2001 Honda Accord V-tech 2.0i auto won't idle.
It runs OK above idle but I suspect it is still missing a little.
I have changed the coil, checked the sensors are adjusted to be as near to the shaft as possible.
Could I have a faulty ignition control module (the one inside the distributor)?
I ask because I don't want to spend £59 to change it if it is not at all likely to fix the idle problem. The engine light doesn't come on and there are no fault codes.
