98 1.6 petrol - Service Cost? - mondeo1306

any guesses how much a full service inc cambelt would cost? Currently on 70,000 miles.

subject header given a more meaningful subject than just the car details.

At a main dealer or an independant?

Depends if it has air con or not too.

But at a guess around 2 hours for service + parts as required (parts around £ 50 - £100 depending on whats needed) + around 2 hours for belt + kit + water pump (parts around £ 100?)

So just work in a labour rate and you should have a rough estimate.

For a more accurate one why not ring a couple of locals, independant and main dealer for example?
