Good PR for Nissan - Optimist
On some TV programme this morning (which I was watching on the exercise bike at the gym, since you ask) was the head of communications from Nissan UK called, iirc, Gabi Whitfield.

Faced with a number of problems on a Navarra she apologised, said one of the dealers involved would be contacted because of their poor service, arranged for the vehicle to be collected by Nissan and fixed, and offered a free service and a year's extension on the warranty.

Pretty impressive but a bit of a shame the BBC has to get involved before things get put right on what didn't sound like overwhelming problems, as it happens.

Anyway. Gabi Whitfield is the name to remember Nissan owners.
