Volvo S60 (2000 - 2009) - 05 d5 Front yellow lights

05 d5 Front yellow lights - prm72
Hi all, had my S60 2 weeks now and wondered if the yellow lights next to the headlights should flash with indicators, as they just seem to be on all the time with the running lights and i dont see the point unless they act as indicators, thanks.

They're just the front DRL, American style.

If you get the dealer to turn the DRL they will turn off with it, but no, they're nothing to do with the indicators, despite the colour...

Thanks OB, it annoys me a bit having these lights on during the day, seems a waste of energy and bulbs, and obviously they will burn out quicker and be a mare to replace. ( but they do look nice )

Definitely. My problem is that I'm so used to having the lights on all the time, if I asked the dealer to turn them off, I would be one of these berks who forgets to put their lights on at night!! :)
