2.4 petrol, sump gasket - terrano
Is it possible to change the sump gasket on a terrano 2.4 petrol with the engine in place?

Book time is 4.3 hours; so it's no picnic. I doubt that includes engine removal, as that is 12 hours plus; so maybe it's drop the front diff/axle/carrier or similar.

Never tried it; but if you're taking out the front driveline, then ramps aren't going to help.

Maybe ask a Nissan, or Ford, dealer what's involved.
