Yes, the second video down is like the ring road near Leeds University, except the driving in Moscow is less agressive.

Having recently been to India, the driving may look like chaos, but it works as the following heirachy is used (most important at the top)
Cow
HGV
Lorry / Bus
Minibus
Car
Motorbike
Cycle
Pedestrian
As long as you 'follow the leader' i.e a vehicle larger than yours you are next to, it all works well. That and the fact that they can fit 4 lanes of cars onto the same width of road we can only manage 2.
