Can you be less vague with your question and give some more information?
eg,
Does the grinding noise only occur when turning the wheel left or right; or all the time regardless.
Does the noise increase when turning the steering wheel one way or the other?
etc, etc.
The more information you can provide, the easier it *might* be for someone to diagnose.

the noise you describe sounds as though it is the air bag slip ring needs lubing. Agood quality silicone grease should do the trick.
