hi everyone the car in question is a renault megane 1.4 8v 1996 year the problem is that whilst the car is ticking over it ticks over very rough but when you accelerate/drive off it goes fine any ideas anyone

I used to have a megane and the lamba senser in the exhaust pipe failed after symtoms like this.
Eventually it just ticked over but would not go.
Just kept stalling. You need a diagnostic check on it.
