Can anyone help - 1.8 bog standard mondeo (Jan 2000 - older shape) central locking has just stopped working. The red light on the dash by the clock is blinking and there is a regular clicking sound coming from somewhere near the steering column, sounds like an old-fashioned relay clicking. Is there anything obvious I should check before I take it to the garage? Cheers.
