There has been some discussion a year or so ago, but the unanswered question remains "HOW CAN YOU GET THE ***** STUFF OFF??" I tried it and it works fine in moderate or heavier rain, when I'm doing 45 or more. In lighter rain or slow speeds I still need the wipers. The problem is that the water repellant property = grease attractant, and I can only get a couple of days between screen cleanings

Try AutoGlym Glass Cleaner - finest glass cleaner I've ever come across and, believe you me, I've tried dozens.

As I have said before here use vinegar, cleans off road deposits, removes grease, leaves no residue it'self because it is water soluable, also cheap. Keep a couple of the sachets you get in pub restuarants in the car togther with a bit of kitchen roll, if you are suffering from glare from a film of road dirt on the screen, a quick wipe over with vinegar and wash off with the car's windscreen washers, sorted.

Cheddar, great idea! I like it.

Toothpaste - very mild abrasive, so very good at taking off surface grime without affecting glass.

Espada III - well if you have a family and need a Lamborghini, what else do you drive?
