Peugeot 206 loss of power - Jody
My girlfriend has a problem with her 1.4 LX peugeot 206 (02 reg). The engine suddenly lost power on the motorway last night and the engine warning light came on.

She pulled off the motorway, switched the engine off, tried it again after 5 minutes and the engine was fine and the warning light had gone off.

I have read that this is a common problem with 206s. Does anyone know what it could be or have any experience of the same happening ?

Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Firstly as the car is still under warranty, get it to the dealer and get them to read the fault codes,

I work in a peugeot dealer and see this on a daily basis, id guess it to be plugs coils and extensions which you will get done under warranty
