Hi all clio 1.4 rt when starting from cold idles at 15/ 20 rpm last couple of days idles at 30 rpm does anyone know what speed it should idle at on start up?.Always starts up first time and idles at 10/11rpm when warm havent touched anything in engine recently but changed air filter 3 weeks ago the change in idle speed only started a couple of days a ago car keeped in garage so not realy effected by the weather any advise would be great thanks

No quick answer I'm afraid as externally there is nothing to adjust. Check though that the throttle cable is not tight. May possibly be the coolant temp sensor failing, telling the ECU that the engine is cooler than it actually is particularly as the idle speed when warm is slightly too high- should be just below 1000 (10) not just above (10-11).
Need to call someone in.
