Did anyone watch this programme about the real swiss tony on yesterday?

Was anyone appalled by the selling techniques of the salesmen. They even recorded anything that was being said when they went out of the office during a deal.

Anyway, they were very persuasive and forceful towards their customers. In fact, the worst I have ever seen. It is cruel and deceptive, and they almost forced customers into making a deal.

It does explain why so many in the UK are in debt, as it shows just how impulse buying happens. And the worst thing about the programme was that the cars were actually bad examples and were overpriced.
