Yes, Alexey's site does work but he has now introduced a fee of £6.99 or 24 hours waiting time. When he first encouraged us to use his site there was no fee and codes were obtained immediately. We don't use his site for doing Ford Radio Codes for Forum Members anymore for this reason.

If you ask one of the forum members on here for a code and make your request politely then you will have your code fairly shortly after you have posted your request. The only delay is likely to be the time it takes for one of them to see your post.

So, what is the serial number of your radio, please?

Hello, thank you for your response, that makes sense. It is for my sister, her battery went flat recently and she didnt know what caused it. Since she had it fixed, it seems the radio is on this loop.

We found the serial number to be V025147 (based on what was showing on the display)
