If anyone can shed light on this I would be grateful

I previously had an A4 with Side Assist and it was flawless

On my A5 it works so that's not a problem

The problem is it overworks - the radar and specifically right sensor makes the right light (only) come up randomly

Audi can't figure it out - I believe they just don't want to get into it because the problem is a year old

It's been subjected to a year long wait for an upgrade and it has been re calibrated but it's made it worse

They are still apparently trying to figure it - before they do can anyone shed any light on this?

The car was brand new factory ordered - Audi Customer service said that its an intermittent fault which either can be fixed or not or will resolve itself in whatever time it will take
