A while ago I asked for recommendations as to a replacement engine for my Shogun. Honest John recommended API engines, so I duly contacted them and months later finally recieved a 'fully checked low mileage engine, with new rings, shells, chains etc'

Well, I can honestly say that I will never again contact this company, and if anyone wants to see a small example of what we found they can contact me and I will post pictures.

In the end they gave up the argument and refunded my money.

Does anyone have a contact where I can get a reconditioned full engine - that really is reconditioned please?
