Can I use MOT results to claim for pothole damage?

Recently had an MOT and one of the results is "Damage to inner beads possibly caused by potholes". Would there be a chance of claiming for this through the council?

No. You can only clam for specific damage from a specific pothole that has remained unrepaired for a significant period of time.
