Engine cutting out
Engine starts ok and runs perfect. Then travelling at about 40mph or more it randomly starts to judder and surge, then it runs fine again. Then when decreasing speed to about 20mph the engine will sometimes cut out, but then will re-start and run fine again until it repeats itself.
Thanks

There is a problem with the Siemens piezoelectric injectors of this engine and the model is now subject to a manufacturer recall. Get in touch with your VW dealer.
