Peugeot 407 blowing hot air
The dual zone climate control has started to blow permanently hot on the passenger side in my Peugeot 407 Coupe. The Peugeot dealer says a control rod arm has broken.

Peugeot have a repair kit for £60, but it will cost £900 to fit.

Do I have any come back on Peugeot as this must be a design fault even though the car is now out of warranty?

No, but try to find someone who can do the job more cheaply. It's an access problem, so you need to find someone who will do it at a lower hourly labour rate.
