What's the best ULEZ compliant car?

Hi, we have 2 boys to do school runs 11 miles each way. What car and the best way to purchase one?
It needs to be ULEZ compliant.

Most petrol cars under 16 years old or diesels under 6 years old are ULEZ compliant. Deciding on a car depends on your requirements and budget. If this is limited, an older petrol hatchback (such as a Honda Civic) will do the job just fine. Alternatively, a newer hybrid car such as a Toyota Corolla could be a good choice, or an electric vehicle such as the MG 4.
