Sky demanded £1300 per month from the Troll Inn in Dundee

Punters brought in a TV Screen, plugged it in & then connected their phone and used their own SKY Go app

Sky took the landlord to court and lost their claim for damages.

It was the customer using their Sky subscription and their own screen.

The court said the screen could only be watched by friends round a table and not on a large screen, on a wall in the pub.
