Any idea why my Vauxhall Astra misfires after being started when cold?

I've bought a Vauxhall Astra 17DTi. I am having trouble with it misfiring when it is cold first thing in morning, but once warm it runs great. I have changed the air filter and fuel filter, and I have also had the EDU unit checked, and this is ok. Have you got any other ideas?

Probably a small air leak into the fuel delivery system.
