Why is my car starting poorly from cold?
If the car is started from cold and moved a short distance, and then switched off and left for any amount of time, it won't start unless its towed. What's wrong?

It's over choked. The combustion chambers are still full of neat fuel so if the engine is restarted this will be blown into the catalytic converter and will wreck it. Engine sensors prevent it being started in this circumstance. But you obviously need to check why it is overfuelling to such an extent.
